AUSSIE CLASSIC BISCUITS - INGREDIENTS LIST

All the ingredients for our Quokka version of the Aussie classic biscuits are listed below.

All our biscuits are 100% gluten free, the allergens are in bold in the text. Please note that all our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds, and may therefore contain traces.

PINK STRIPE QUOKKA

Biscuit: White rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, brown sugar, eggs, desiccated coconut (sulphites), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt.

Raspberry-pepperberry marshmallow: sugar, raspberry puree, liquid glucose, dextrose, gelatin, ground pepperberry.

Raspberry jam: raspberries, sugar, lemon juice. 

MARSHMALLOW QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, hazelnut meal, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt. 

Vanilla marshmallow: sugar, dextrose, liquid glucose, vanilla bean paste (vanilla bean extractive in water and alcohol, natural flavor, sugar, ground vanilla bean, xanthan gum), gelatin. 

Raspberry jam: raspberries, sugar, lemon juice. 

Chocolate coating: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier - soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), coconut oil, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier [soy lecithin], vanilla extract), Colour Mill "Raspberry" food coloring (glycerol [E422], canola oil, colors [E127, E129, E133] and emulsifiers [E322, E433]).

WAVY QUOKKA

White rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, golden syrup (cane sugar, water) cocoa powder, eggs, xanthan gum, bicarb, baking powder, salt.

MINTY QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, xanthan gum. 

Mint fondant: sugar, liquid glucose, mint extract (vegetable oil, peppermint oil, antioxidants [mixed tocopherols concentrates]), mint.

Chocolate coating: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier - soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), coconut oil, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier [soy lecithin], vanilla extract), Colour Mill "Mint" food coloring (glycerol [E422], canola oil, colors [E102, E133] and emulsifiers [E322, E433]).

CHOCCY QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, xanthan gum. 

Chocolate filling: icing sugar, Copha (hydrogenate coconut oil, soy lecithin), cocoa powder. 

Chocolate coating: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier - soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), coconut oil.

BERRY QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, desiccated coconut (sulphites), eggs, golden syrup (cane sugar, water), lime zests, xanthan gum. 

Raspberry filling: icing sugar, Copha (hydrogenate coconut oil, soy lecithin), raspberry jam (raspberries, sugar, lemon juice).

ZESTY QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, orange zests, xanthan gum, baking powder. 

Orange filling: icing sugar, Copha (hydrogenate coconut oil, soy lecithin), marmalade (sugar, orange, pectin, citric acid), orange zests.

RETRO QUOKKA

Biscuit: white rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cornflour, buckwheat flour, butter, sugar, desiccated coconut (sulphites), golden syrup (cane sugar, water), quinoa flakes, xanthan gum, bicarb. 

Chocolate filling: icing sugar, Copha (hydrogenate coconut oil, soy lecithin), cocoa powder.
