Shipping policy

All our shippable treats are made fresh, in small batches and baked to order, to ensure maximum quality and freshness. We bake the cookies, biscuits and cake, fresh to order and ship them on the day they are baked. Our baked goods are heat sealed for maximum shelf life. 

We only ship on Monday and Tuesday. This is to ensure that your sweet treats arrive before the weekend and don’t sit in a warehouse for an extended period of time. 

We ship with Australia Post and only offer express shipping. The shipping fee will display at checkout. 

We ship Australia-wide, mainland and Tasmania. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to international locations. 

For metro cities, once your order is shipped, it will typically take two business day to arrive. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to four business days to arrive. 

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. We cannot be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order. If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays or consider sending your parcel to a parcel locker. 

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.

Due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have not received your order due to you having put the wrong or incomplete shipping address, we can’t offer you a refund or a replacement. 

If your package has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, then we can’t offer a refund or a replacement.
