The Aussie Classics got quokka-fied! 

I've recreated some iconic Australian biscuits, freed them from gluten and supersized them. All the biscuits are at least double the size of a classic biscuits because, let's be honest, who ever stops at just one? Not me, that's for sure! 

The biscuits are available for pre-order and will be ready for pick-up every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, starting March 11th, through to the end of May.

They ALL can be shipped Australia-wide! If you choose the shipping option at checkout, they will be sent on Tuesday, via Express Post, starting March 10th, through to the end of May.

A quick note on shelf life: these biscuits will stay fresh for up to seven days. While they can all be stored at room temperature, in a cool, shaded spot, away from direct sunlight, I recommend keeping them in the fridge if the weather heats up. They unfortunately don't freeze well - it will affect their texture and taste.
