I absolutely LOVE Biscoff and couldn’t stand the thought of letting it go, so I created my own version: completely gluten-free and vegan! Packed with warm spices like cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and cardamom, it’s golden, super crunchy, and irresistibly delicious.

This cookie isn’t just loaded with “Biscoff” crumbs for extra crunch - it’s also filled with a generous amount of homemade “Biscoff” spread, creating a gooey, soft center.

Crunchy on the outside, irresistibly gooey on the inside, and completely gluten-free and dairy-free, now you’ll never have to miss out on Biscoff again!

PICK UP

Your order will be ready for pickup on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, at one of the following locations: 

• at the shop in Mosman, at 142 Spit Road, during the shop opening hours; 
• in Maroubra: after 7pm at Duffy's Corner, 419A Beauchamp Road, Maroubra 2035. 

Simply select your preferred pick-up location and date at checkout. 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

If you choose the shipping option at checkout, your order will be shipped via Express Post on Tuesday. While I’ll make sure your baked goods are carefully packaged, I can’t control how they’re handled by Australia Post.

If anything goes wrong, please email hello@quokkapastry.com with a brief description and photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to make it right! The last thing I want is for you to be unhappy with your order.
