PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOC COVERED PEANUTS

If you love everything peanuts, you're going to love this cookie: natural peanut butter, chocolate covered peanuts and a crunchy peanut butter center. 

I used Bored & Nutty's peanut butter in the cookie dough: a natural peanut butter, made from all Australian ingredients by the lovely Emmy.
