The dough is loaded with chunks of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and as soon as it comes out of the oven, I press a mini Reese’s into the center so it melts just slightly. It’s soft, rich, chocolatey, peanut buttery… basically everything you’d want in a cookie.
